Vegetable Stock Made With Vegetable Waste

Vegetable stocks are a basic and flavourful that can be added in soup, gravies or it can be just added to give flavour to any vegetarian recipe.
I also use these stock for baking bread . kneading bread dough with these stock gives awesome flavour to the bread.
Generally we throw away all the peels , stems ,stalks of vegetables,but i am sure after checking this u won’t be throwing away these vegetable waste.

This Stock also has the flavour of Onion, Bay leaves, Garlic , ginger, black pepper which enhance the flavour of Stock

Vegetable Stock Made With Vegetable Waste
  1. place all the ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and let your vegetable stock simmer for at least an hour, covered with a lid.
  3. Once your stock is done cooking, strain out the vegetables and garlic and remove the bay leaves.
Recipe Notes

make a paste of onion,garlic, ginger and use in any vegetable curry.
